State Senator Jason Plummer sworn into 101st General Assembly

Plummer committed to serving the people of southern Illinois

Senator Jason Plummer (R-Edwardsville) will serve citizens in Senate District 54 after being sworn into office on Wednesday, Jan. 9. During the swearing-in ceremony, surrounded by family and friends, he took the oath of office, pledging his loyalty to the Illinois Constitution and the people of the state. Sen. Plummer. “Southern Illinois deserves a strong, independent, and effective voice in Springfield, and I’m committed to working hard to be that voice for each and every person that lives in my district. We have a great deal of work to do and I’m eager to get started.”
