2025 Summer Reading Program

State Senator Jason Plummer (R-Edwardsville) is inviting students across the 55th Senate District to take part in his 2025 Summer Reading Program, an initiative that encourages kids to keep reading during their summer break from school.
The program is open to students entering grades 1 through 12. To complete the challenge, participants must read eight books by August 8, 2025. Once all eight books are read, students should fill out a summer reading form, have it signed by a parent or guardian, and return it to Senator Plummer’s office.
